An application to a public authority needs a clear request and documents supporting the right you rely on. Legal work can include preparing the application, reviewing the response and identifying possible remedies. If a decision has already been issued, its grounds and notification date need separate attention.
Identify the authority, the decision you requested and how you submitted your application. A registration number, delivery confirmation and the date of any response help establish the procedural history. Mention if the refusal was only verbal. The documents and the particular request determine which further steps should be considered.
This is a useful starting list. It does not replace confirming the documents needed for your particular situation.
Yes. An initial review can cover the application and existing correspondence. Assessing a failure to act requires the submission date, the request made and the applicable procedure.
Administrative assistance also covers applications and procedures before a decision. An appeal concerns an existing decision and requires a focused review of its grounds and the available deadlines.
